At JevRapha massage spa we strive to give you the best massage experience possible. This FAQ is intended to provide you with answers to frequently asked questions. For more detailed information regarding our policies and procedures please review our Terms of Service.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY MASSAGE?
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.
HOW DO I BOOK A MASSAGE?
You can schedule an appointment online, at www.jevrapha.com, or by contacting the spa directly by phone. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.
HOW DO I CANCEL A SERVICE THAT I’VE SCHEDULED?
A booked massage can be canceled through our website, or by calling the spa. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. Depending on the time of your appointment (for same day cancellations) you will lose your deposit.
WHAT IF I FAIL TO SHOW FOR A SCHEDULED MASSAGE OR ARRIVE LATE?
If you miss your appointment you will lose your deposit & if you arrive 15 minutes after grace period, the service To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.
WHAT TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
JevRapha Massage Spa offers guests an opportunity to make massage a part of their monthly self-care routine with 4 packages per month that include: savings on a 60 or 90 minute massage, exclusive perks, roll-over credits and more. Please refer to our membership page on our website for more details.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Wellness Ambassadors can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing tus with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the spa or by sending an email to jevraphallc@gmail.com.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MASSAGE CREDITS?
Membership credits can accrue indefinitely until a Ritual Membership is canceled. Unused massage credits will continue to accrue (i.e., roll-over month-to-month) as long as your membership remains in place. You will have 3 months from the date of cancellation to use any unused massage credits before they expire. No refunds are issued for unused credits.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
The freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your Wellness Ambassador Membership in accordance with the following terms: You may freeze your membership up to three(3) months per contractual year. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we accept gift cards for JevRapha Massage services and products. Gift card terms and conditions do apply. For more details on our gift card program, please refer to our Terms of Service.
DO YOU PERMIT MINORS TO USE SERVICES?
Yes, JevRapha Massage Spa makes services available to minors depending on the age 15-17. Minor use of services requires the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and additional restrictions may apply. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
ARE SERVICES AND PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Yes, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
WHAT IF I’M NOT FEELING WELL?
If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to the start of your scheduled massage, we encourage you to stay home. JevRapha Massage Spa is an open-space concept and keeping guests and staff safe is everyone’s responsibility. If you begin to feel sick during your treatment, please let your Massage therapist know immediately. & you will not be penalized.
WHAT IS JEVRAPHA MASSAGE SPA POLICY RELATED TO CELL PHONE USE AT THE SPA?
We aim to create a safe and relaxing environment for our members and guests. The tranquility offered within our space is paramount. Cell phones can be disruptive and are not encouraged. Although we do allow cell phones at the spa , we require that the phones be turned off or switched to silent mode upon check-in.
CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?
Yes, if you’ve purchased items in a boutique, we accept returns in original condition (unused, undamaged and unopened in the original packaging) within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you’ve purchased items online – through JevRapha Massage Spa’s website – we accept returns in original conditions (unused, undamaged and unopened in original packaging). Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and the original shipping charge is nonrefundable.
